During maintenance mode, the tools provided on dataviz.jp and dataprep.jp are not available. We will keep announcements and related information publicly available as much as possible, but tool launch, editing of saved projects, and export creation features are suspended.

New feature development, improvements to existing features, regular inquiry handling, and individual support will also be significantly limited. We will respond to critical security issues and necessary service management matters depending on the situation. However, we may not be able to respond to general usage questions, how-to consultations, feature requests, or individual support for data processing and visualization work.

We will contact paid plan users individually about future support.

If you are using a free plan, please consider backing up any data, visualizations, projects, and exported files you need. If you use the service continuously for business or operational work, please also consider alternative tools or local workflows.

dataviz.jp and dataprep.jp have been operated as places to learn, try, and share data visualization and data preparation work. For the time being, we will prioritize reorganizing the services and will not provide tool access, active feature development, or support.
