During maintenance mode, tool launch, editing saved projects, and export creation features were unavailable. The tools provided on dataviz.jp and dataprep.jp have now resumed.

We will continue to prioritize stable service operation. Depending on the content and situation, we may not be able to respond to general usage questions, how-to consultations, feature requests, or individual support for data processing and visualization work.

We will contact paid plan users individually when needed.

Free plan users can also use the tools within the available scope as before. Please continue to back up any data, visualizations, projects, and exported files as needed.
